TChalla makes a landmark decision for his country by opening a consulate in New York City! However the Prince of Wakanda feels uneasy as he tries to moves his country forward globally! After visiting with his friends from Fifth Avenue, the Black Panther prowls the rooftops of Manhattan and bumps into Klaw! Wow, what is the murderous master of sound doing in a Big Apple alleyway? Strangely enough the thunderbolts street gang has subdued Klaw and harnessed the power of his sonic horn! And now the renegade youths send giant sound creatures to attack TChalla and Captain America! Are the Avengers ready for another clash with Klaw?
Cameo appearances by Monica Lynne and Windeagle. Flashback cameo by TChaka to recap his death at the hands of Klaw many years ago.
