the bottom 2 tiers of the WW #31 story published later in WW #196. The two lower tiers as a B storyline following WW's pals was not used - so the story followed WW herself in the published two tiers. The top tier is a redraw ARTWORK replacement and the "Then and Now" header is an archival replacement
