The Empire State University Dean of Students assigns an English foreign exchange student to be Peter Parker's new roommate. It's Brian Braddock from Thames University. But Brian (aka Captain Britain) has enemies stateside that would like to harm him! After skirmishing with one another following a misunderstanding, the web-slinger and Captain Britain are kidnapped by a giant garbage truck! What will happen next? First appearance of Arcade. Cameo appearance by Captain DeWolff.
