Iger Studio created for Quality Comics through 1943 and then revived for Fox Comics in 1947 page with A/E Tom Wright & gal Wendy (a Phantom Lady series was done instead). This story was edited & published as SF story in Journey Into Fear #1, 1951 - the bottom has the pencil caption note - "More exiting adventures await the Black Condor in the next thrilling issue of-" The Black Condor costume was redrawn to be a suit in several panels
