GOLDBERG, RUBE - That's Life daily, Foolish Questions, Flapper large earring transport invention -racial caricature 1921

The piece was inscribed by Goldberg to Marge Devine in 1967, 45 years after it was drawn. Marge was the long-time secretary for the National Cartoonist Society, and Goldberg credits her here as his co-parent in running the organization, although Goldberg puts it in a more colorful fashion!
