Carl Anderson Henry Original Art Illustration (Topeka State Journal, 1933).
One of the greatest visual slapstick strips, Henry had just launched in 1933 in The Saturday Evening Post when Carl Anderson delivered this 50th anniversary congratulatory cartoon to the Topeka State Journal -- which became one of the first newspapers to carry his feature in 1934. A fascinating early look at a seminal character.
Image area, 7" x 10". Generally in Excellent condition.
