As identified in Scott Shaw's slideshows of 'Oddball Comics": Supergirl throws a phallic canon with testicular wheels and streaming white smoke coming out the tip! Shaw! placed the blame on the editor, Joe Orlando, taking the "sex sells" approach to covers.
