VEITCH, RICK - Alan Moore' 1963 #1 Painted Preview Cover, Mystery Inc. 1993

Pre #1 cover preview for Heroes World (later Marvel Dist) in their Comics Scoreboard for April 93 Comics release. Veitch signed painted art of the Planet (Biff Baker) and Kid Dynamo Tommy Baker) reading the cover of the first issue by Veitch and Gibbons (a hand painted copy) This is the only example of Mystery Inc published art that I have ever found.
