Jack Davis - Jessie Pike Daily Comic Strip Try-out Original Art After the end of EC Comics, artist Jack Davis, like many others, tried out for a comic strip with this the western Jesse Pike.
Davis did the artwork for writer and fellow cartoonist Ed Dodd, remembered for his Mark Trail, and Back Home Again titles.
