STAMM, RUSSELL - Invisible Scarlet O'Neil

Stamm assisted Gould on Dick Tracy - then in 1940, created the first female superhero with super powers, Invisible Scarlet O'Neil which ran until 1955 (final year as Stainless Steel). Then Stamm Productions creating designs, storyboards, and animation and producing 'Jolly Green Giant', 'Charlie the Tuna' and 'Hostess Cup Cake Twins' commercials.
