Nothing new about the concept of election interference. Oliphant scores a ferocious salvo against the intrusive U.S. news media as they stick their big noses into a Third World polling-place. The finishing touch is a caricature of comedian W.C. Fields (left) as a more obnoxious version of Uncle Sam. Brilliant stuff, here.
