Whoa, not exactly the folks the wall-crawler was looking for! However after an inconclusive fight, the amazing one agrees to rendezvous with Solo back in New York City! And the next evening along the Hudson River docks, Spidey and Solo clash with Ultimatum and rescue a foreign diplomat! That's great and all, but will it shed any light on the mystery of Peter's parents? Cameo appearances by the Viper, Mary Jane Watson, Aunt May, Mary Parker, and Joy Mercado.
