Marvel Team-Up (1972 1st Series) #33
Published May 1975 by Marvel.
"Anybody Here Know A Guy Named Meteor Man?" Part 1 of 2. Guest-starring Spider-Man and Nighthawk. Script by Gerry Conway.
Pencils by Sal Buscema.
Following his adventure in Giant-Size Defenders #4, Kyle Richmond returns home and discovers a thief in his study! The super-powered robber knocks out the surprised Nighthawk and gets away! Meanwhile, the Spectacular Spider-Man is web-swinging around town...still in a state of shock after seeing Gwen Stacy (clone) in Amazing Spider-Man 144. For that reason the wall-crawler is rather reluctant to team up with Nighthawk and search for the Meteor Man, but the spectacular one agrees to anyway...with mixed results. The web-slinger better wake up quick...or the Meteor Man's going to put him to sleep permanently!
Cameo appearance by Jeremiah. (Notes: This story takes place in-between the first and second halves of Amazing Spider-Man 145. The Meteor Man (aka the Looter) previously appeared in Amazing Spider-Man (1st series) 36.
